Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only, to the destinations served by our fulfillment partners. We are not able to guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories; if your address cannot be served, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund.
Shipping cost: $5.95 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $49. Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing times vary by item and fulfillment partner. When a product page shows an estimated transit time, it begins after dispatch and does not include processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or weather.
Orders ship directly from our supplier partners' fulfillment centers, which may be located in the United States or overseas. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is emailed to you once it is provided by the carrier or supplier. Questions? Email support@hestorahouse.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return requests: you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Please contact us at support@hestorahouse.com with your order number before returning any product. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your request is approved. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.
Change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items: email support@hestorahouse.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund when applicable, at no additional cost to you.
Refunds: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
